Today's man of the day is especially close to my heart. Herbie Hancock! My friend Mandie and I used to play his song "rockit" repeatedly on a very high volume in an art studio adjacent to the freshmen art class. He became somewhat of a hero to us. I have also been known to claim that this black man is my uncle on several occasions. Since the video to "rockit" was so out there I thought it only appropriate to use this picture.
